“Teaching, guiding, informing and coaching is something I very much enjoy and value. My style is to work with clients in a coach capacity to help them define their vision, set their goals and realize their dreams. As such, it is important to resonate with their concerns and to respond carefully to their questions as they navigate the difficult waters associated with doing a real estate deal.”

Bio
Andrew’s calm demeanor, warm personality, attention to detail, patient guidance, thoughtful coaching and overall excellent customer service has led to very appreciative clients--both buyers and sellers. Andrew goes the distance to provide you with the very best.
His background in business reporting shows in the unique listings and analysis spreadsheets he regularly provides for his clients. These crisply presented documents are prepared for all aspects of client work including Selected-Criteria Buyer Listings, Showing Itineraries, and Seller and Buyer Pricing Analyses.
Throughout his career in high tech sales, marketing and development, Andrew had been involved as a private, residential developer, having owned and remodeled numerous properties in the Boston area as well as in Chicago and upstate New York. His decision then to shift to a full-time career in real estate (in 2002) was a natural outgrowth of these experiences.
Andrew returned to city living after having raised a family in the suburbs of Boston. As a result, he has a particular understanding and empathy with the issues facing those seeking to do the same. His hobbies include painting (participating in the NABB “Art in Motion” show), skiing, and enjoying ballet, theatre, opera and music.
He represents buyers and sellers in Boston’s downtown communities including the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Charlestown, South Boston, Fenway, Brookline, Cambridge and the Waterfront/North End.
